Fun With Fermentation: Kimcheese

This tasting is meant for funky fermentation fiends of all kinds!  Come to DiBruno Bros to experience the pairing choices of cheese expert and writer, Tenaya Darlington (aka Madame Fromage) with a selection of homemade kimchis from Philly fermentation aficionado Amanda Feifer (aka Phickle).  While these traditionally Eastern and Western ferments may not seem like an obvious match, they are intrinsically linked by the chemistry and microbiology that make them both delicious.
