Join artist Eve Mosher and fellow Philadelphians to draw the HighWaterLine—a bold chalk line along areas susceptible to increased flooding caused by climate change. As you walk, join the conversation about the impacts of climate change and potential solutions.
The line drawing will begin at Target (2701 Castor Ave.) and end in Penn Treaty Park (1341 N Delaware Ave.).
After the line is drawn, we’ll join with community organizations to host a celebration with activities and food from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Big Green Block (1800 Blair Street).
